Within 24 hours we send back a design made for you. The fee supports the time our designer spends turning your story into a ring you can actually wear.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eRevisions and refunds.\u003c\/strong\u003e Before you confirm the design, we revise it as many times as it takes until you’re happy. \u003cstrong\u003eOnce you confirm the design, the fee is non-refundable\u003c\/strong\u003e — and when your ring is made, it’s credited toward your balance, so it isn’t an extra cost.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhy we charge it.\u003c\/strong\u003e Every design is drawn from scratch for one person.
