LIFETIME SERVICE

We’ve always believed that jewelry should stay with you.

Not just for a moment, but through everyday life — through the days you don’t think about it, and the ones you’ll remember later.

But for something to truly stay with you, it cannot stop at the product.
It also needs to be supported over time.

That’s why we offer lifetime service for every piece.

If parts wear down or need to be replaced, we’ll take care of it for you — you only cover a small shipping cost. And if you’re already placing another order, we’re happy to include it without any additional shipping.

Because in the end, this isn’t just about jewelry.

It’s about creating something you can keep, rely on, and continue wearing — without worry.

If you ever need us, we’re always here at hello@heiracle.com.

DESCRIPTION

Gilded Orbit Lab-Grown Alexandrite Ring — a gold-toned crescent traced in pavé sweeps around the center stone, with tiny stars caught at its tip. The alexandrite plays its own celestial trick, showing teal green in daylight and plum under warm light.

Two tones, one small galaxy on your hand. Light enough for every day, with a color story that changes every time the light does.

  • Stone: lab-grown alexandrite, approx. 0.2 ct, color-change from teal green to plum
  • Cut & size: Round cut, 3mm x 3mm (approx. 0.12" x 0.12")
  • Setting: 925 sterling silver with white gold (rhodium) plating, nickel-free
  • Band: adjustable open band - one size fits most fingers
  • Care: keep dry off-wear, wipe with a soft cloth
MATERIAL & SAFETY

Every ring in this collection is set in solid 925 sterling silver, finished with white gold (rhodium) plating for a bright, durable surface — and it is nickel-free, so it stays gentle on sensitive skin.

The stone is genuine lab-grown alexandrite: chromium-bearing chrysoberyl with the same chemistry, the same 8.5 hardness, and the same color-change behavior as mined alexandrite — teal green in daylight, plum red under warm evening light.

A little care goes a long way: take your ring off before showers, pools, and workouts, keep it dry, and give it a quick wipe with a soft cloth after wear. Stored dry, the plating keeps its brightness for years — and if it ever dulls, our lifetime service covers re-plating support.

During certain Chinese holidays, fulfillment may experience slight delays due to nationwide closures.

If your order is affected, we will reach out within 24 hours after your purchase to inform you clearly and explain the timing.

These pauses are intentional. We believe in supporting the people behind the work — giving our team time to rest and be with their families. In China, moments of reunion are deeply valued, and we choose to honor that.

If you’re happy to keep your order during this time, we’ll make sure it’s worth the wait with a small surprise prepared for you.

Holiday notices will always be shared on our homepage in advance.

FAIR PRICING

We believe in offering a fair and thoughtful price for what we make.

By working closer to the source and reducing unnecessary layers in the supply chain, we are able to keep our pricing more accessible without relying on excessive markups.

At the same time, we do not compromise on materials. We use solid 925 sterling silver and genuine lab-grown alexandrite because long-term wear, safety, and comfort should never be sacrificed.

We also believe that craftsmanship deserves respect. Behind every piece is real work — and we are committed to supporting skilled makers and ensuring they are paid fairly for what they create.

For us, pricing is not about being the cheapest. It is about being honest, sustainable, and worth keeping.

The Alexandrite Effect

One stone. Two lives.

Alexandrite is one of the rarest optical phenomena in gemology. The same crystal reads teal-green under daylight, then turns raspberry-purple under candlelight and warm indoor lamps. Nothing is coated, nothing is heated on demand — the change is written into the crystal itself.

By day — a quiet teal green.

Under sunlight or cool white light, chromium inside the crystal absorbs the warm wavelengths and lets the greens through. Understated enough for the office, a walk, an ordinary Tuesday.

By night — raspberry and violet.

When the light turns warm — dinner, candles, lamplight — the same stone shifts toward purple-red. The ring you wore all day arrives at the evening as something else entirely.

Emerald by day, ruby by night — that is how alexandrite has been described since it was first documented in the 1830s. Tap the light to watch yours change.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is the color change real?

Yes - and it is the whole point. Chromium inside the crystal absorbs different wavelengths under different light, so the same stone reads teal green in daylight and shifts to plum red under warm lamps or candlelight. It is not a coating or a filter; the change is a permanent property of the crystal itself.

Is lab-grown alexandrite real alexandrite?

Chemically, yes. Lab-grown alexandrite is chromium-bearing chrysoberyl - the same composition, the same 8.5 hardness, and the same color change as the mined stone. The only difference is that it grows in a controlled lab over weeks instead of underground over millennia, which is why it costs a fraction of mined alexandrite.

What ring size should I order?

Each ring sits on an adjustable open band that fits most finger sizes - you can gently widen or tighten it. If you are between sizes or buying a gift, just wear it and adjust once; if you are unsure, write to us and we will help you get the fit right.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. The setting is solid 925 sterling silver with white gold (rhodium) plating and contains no nickel, so it stays gentle on sensitive skin for all-day wear.

How do I care for my ring?

Treat it like fine jewelry: take it off before showers, swimming, and workouts, keep it dry, and wipe it with a soft cloth after wear. Store it separately so the stone does not rub against other pieces. If the plating ever dulls over the years, our lifetime service covers re-plating support.

Can I customize the stone or setting?

Yes. If you are dreaming of a different cut, carat, stone, or setting, we offer custom service - email hello@heiracle.com with your idea and we usually reply within one business day.

How It's Made

Grown, not mined.

Our lab-grown alexandrite is real alexandrite — chromium-bearing chrysoberyl with the same chemistry, the same 8.5 hardness, and the same color-change soul as the mined stone. The only difference is where it was born.

01

Grown slowly in the lab

Each crystal forms over weeks under controlled heat and pressure — the same recipe nature uses, without disturbing a single mountain.

02

Cut & set by hand

Cutters orient every stone to show its color change at its best, then set it in 925 sterling silver finished with white gold plating.

03

Checked in two lights

Before shipping, every ring is checked twice — once in daylight for its teal green, once in warm light for its plum red.
