Our listed gemstones are based on standard sizes, and you can view the real product photos and videos on each product page to understand the actual appearance, color, and cutting quality before purchasing.
For custom gemstone cutting, pricing is calculated based on the final gemstone weight, as different sizes, shapes, and cutting requirements will result in different material usage and production costs.

Please note that custom-cut gemstones are made specifically for your request and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue.
