Story Ring — Custom Design Service

This is the design fee for a custom Story Ring — a ring designed from your own story. It’s the first step of a made-to-order piece, not a finished item that ships on its own.

What this fee is for. After you order, email the story of the ring you want to hello@heiracle.com, with your HC order number in the subject line and any reference images. Within 24 hours we send back a design made for you. The fee supports the time our designer spends turning your story into a ring you can actually wear.

Revisions and refunds. Before you confirm the design, we revise it as many times as it takes until you’re happy. Once you confirm the design, the fee is non-refundable — and when your ring is made, it’s credited toward your balance, so it isn’t an extra cost.

Why we charge it. Every design is drawn from scratch for one person. A small fee lets us give each story real design time instead of a template.

Choose your version. Band only is a ring shaped from your story with no stone. With a lab-grown stone sets a lab-grown gem into the design. You’ll choose your metal — and, for the stone version, your lab-grown gem — when we design the ring together. If you’d like more than one ring, order more than one.
