From the story you send us to the ring on your hand, here’s exactly how it goes.
Order the design
Choose your ring and start the design service — $20 band-only, $40 with a stone, credited to your ring.
Send your design brief
Email your brief to hello@heiracle.com — with the HC order number from your design-service order in the subject line. A story, reference images, your own sketches: anything that helps.
Approve your design
We reply within 24 hours, and revise until it’s right.
We make it & ship
Pay a deposit, see it finished, then it’s on its way.
Our first ring
It started with a cat and a dog.
Amy came to us to talk about the two animals that saw her through childhood — her mother’s cat and dog. We drew them turned to face one another, and made a pair of rings: one for her mother, set with a lab-grown alexandrite, and one in silver for Amy. Seven days from story to hands — $200 with the stone, $120 without. That’s the ring that started all of this.
