Our first pendant
Chuyi is six, and perfectly healthy. That’s the point.
Chuyi is a corgi that Kim and his wife adopted — six years old this year, gloriously healthy, and very much the centre of their house. When Kim came to us, there was nothing to memorialise. “Nothing special to commemorate,” he told us. “We just love her, and we want to keep the way she looks right now.”
They sent us photo after photo, and the stories that came with them. We sculpted her upright ears, fired her coat in enamel, and kept the grin. Every year, Kim finds a way to record a moment of Chuyi’s life with their family — this year, the ritual is this pendant. It was the first custom pet pendant we ever made, and it taught us something we’ve kept ever since: rather than look back on the best moment, hold it still while it’s happening.
How it works
You approve everything. Twice.
A design render before we cast, and photos and video of the finished piece before it ships. The clock only starts when you say yes.

Send their photos & story
Email your clearest front-facing photo — plus side and back views if you have them — to hello@heiracle.com, with your HC order number in the subject line. Tell us their name, their markings, and the one detail you hope we notice.

Approve your design — within 24 hours
We send back a full design render. Ask for changes until it feels like them. When you approve, we quote your pendant, and a 30% deposit starts the crafting.

Approve the finished piece
About two weeks after you approve the design, we send photos and video of the real pendant in hand. When you’re happy, the remaining 70% settles — and it ships to you, carefully boxed.

Before you begin
A few things people ask first.
You don’t need every detail ready. One meaningful photo is enough for us to begin — gently.
Can you do black cats and black dogs?
Yes — and honestly, they’re some of our favourites. We use deep matte enamel with high-gloss eyes and sculpted whisker relief, so the face reads in light and shadow instead of flat colour.
Will it really look like my pet?
That’s exactly what the 24-hour design render is for. You see the sculpt and the colour plan first, ask for changes until it feels like them — and nothing is cast until you approve.
Is it really solid silver? Is the colour paint?
The pendant is solid 925 sterling silver, not plated. The colour is kiln-fired enamel — glass fused onto the metal — not spray paint, not a printed sticker.
What photos should I send?
One clear, front-facing photo at your pet’s eye level is enough to start. Side and back views help the sculpt, and daylight beats flash. Not sure your photo works? Send it anyway — we’ll tell you.
How long does it take?
Your design render lands within 24 hours. Once you approve the design, crafting takes about two weeks. Around local holidays our artisans rest, so timing can stretch a little — we’ll always tell you what to expect in advance. And you’ll see photos and video of the finished pendant before it ships.
What if I change my mind?
Before you confirm the design, we revise as many times as it takes. Once you approve the design, the fee is non-refundable — and it’s credited toward your pendant. The 30% deposit is refundable until crafting begins; and you approve the finished piece before the balance is due.
Our promise
We don’t melt a gram of silver until you’ve approved the design.
Most custom pet jewellery asks you to pay and hope. Ours works the other way around: you see a full design render within 24 hours, ask for changes until it feels like them, and only then does the silver work begin. And because every pendant is coloured in kiln-fired enamel — not engraved lines — the details that make them them survive: a calico patch, a blaze on a horse’s face, the pink of a ridiculous tongue.

Some pendants are made in memory. Chuyi’s was made in the middle of a perfectly ordinary, perfectly happy year. Whenever you choose to begin, we’ll treat the photo like it matters. Because it does.
