The displayed price is a starting reference. Your final specifications and price are confirmed in your individual quotation and personalized payment link. Please contact us before ordering.

Design, Production and Approval

Modeling follows your approved design. Casting and production begin after payment. Production normally takes approximately 20 working days; your individual quotation confirms the timeline. We send actual photos and videos of your completed ring for approval before shipping.

Custom Order Terms

If there is an issue with how the agreed design has been realized during production, we provide the necessary revisions at no additional charge. If you cancel for a change of mind after production has begun, we can refund 50% of the order amount; the remaining 50% covers artisan labor and material costs.
