    Refunds, step by step

    The price you pay at checkout is the whole price of the pendant. We never ask for more.

    1. You order. Send photos, your pet's name and their story.
    2. We design. Your design render arrives by email. Revisions are free. Still not right? Full refund.
    3. You approve, we cast. Your written approval starts modelling and casting, about two weeks. Cancel from here and we refund 50%. The rest pays the designer and the casting.
    4. You see the real piece. We send photos and a real video. Not happy with the painting? We repaint it free.
    5. You approve, we ship. Painted pieces are colour-sealed, then we ship. After this approval a piece made for you cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Percentages apply to what you paid for the pendant. An added chain is refunded in full until we ship.
    Materials and care

    925 sterling silver: solid, not plated. White copper: a copper-nickel alloy. It contains nickel and warms in tone with wear. Enamel: low-temperature enamel, painted by hand, then sealed. Keep it away from perfume, hot water and ultrasonic cleaners.
    Shipping and duties

    Ships once you approve the finished piece. Free delivery in 6 to 14 business days. Duties included to the US and other eligible regions.

    Are there any other costs?

    Not for the pendant. One payment covers design, revisions, casting, and painting if chosen. We never ask for more. The only extra is optional: a chain, $30 to $40.

    Does it come with a chain?

    No. The pendant ships on its own, so you can wear it on a chain you already own. Our 925 silver chain is $30 to $40: add it in step 1, or order it later.

    What if I don't like the design?

    We revise it free. Still not right after that? We refund you in full.

    How do refunds work?

    Reply to your order email. Design stage: free revisions, then 100% back if it still isn't right. After you approve the design: 50%. When you see the real piece: free repaint if the painting isn't right. After you approve the finished piece: final, no returns or exchanges. An added chain is refunded in full until we ship.

    Will it really look like my pet?

    You approve a design render first, then photos and video of the real piece. At 1.5 to 2 cm it is a likeness, not a photograph.

    How long does it take?

    Design within 1 business day, about two weeks to make once you approve, delivery in 6 to 14 business days: about 4 to 5 weeks door to door.
