Design stage: free revisions; still not right, a full refund. After you approve the design, 50% back until final approval. See photos and video of the real piece, with free repainting before you approve. After your final approval, your custom piece is not returnable. Damaged or faulty? Tell us within 14 days.

Refund percentages apply to the amount paid for your jewelry. A separate chain is refundable in full until shipping.

Solid 925 sterling silver with hand-painted, low-temperature enamel, then sealed. Avoid perfume, hot water and ultrasonic cleaners.

Are there any other costs?

The ring is $700. Your design, revisions, modelling, casting, hand-painted enamel and packaging are included. No later design or painting fees.

What if I don’t know my ring size?

Choose “confirm with me before making” when ordering. We’ll confirm your ring size with you before casting.

What if I don’t like the design?

We revise it free. Still not right after that? We refund you in full before you approve production.

How do refunds work?

Before design approval: free revisions, then a full refund if it still isn’t right. After design approval, 50% back until final approval. Once you approve the real piece for shipping, custom orders are final. A separate chain is refundable in full until shipping.

Will it really look like my pet?

You approve the design first, then photos and video of your real ring. We focus on their markings, ear shape and expression. The portrait is a sculpted likeness rather than a printed photograph.

How long does it take?

Design within 1 business day, about two weeks to make after design and size approval, then delivery in 6–14 business days. We’ll keep you updated by email.
