Custom Pet Pendant — Design Service

This is the design fee for a custom Pet Pendant — a small portrait pendant sculpted from your pet’s photo in solid 925 sterling silver, with kiln-fired enamel colour. It’s the first step of a made-to-order piece, not a finished item that ships on its own.

How it works. After you order, email your pet’s photos to hello@heiracle.com with your HC order number in the subject line — the clearest front-facing photo you have, plus side and back views if possible. Within 24 hours we send back a full design render for your approval.

Revisions and approval. Before you confirm the design, we revise it until the likeness feels right. Once you approve, we send your quote; a 30% deposit starts the crafting, which takes about two weeks (around local holidays our artisans rest, so timing can stretch a little — we’ll always tell you what to expect in advance). You’ll receive photos and video of the finished pendant, and the remaining 70% settles only when you’re happy — then it ships.

The fee comes back to you. Once you confirm the design the fee is non-refundable — and it’s credited toward your pendant’s balance, so it isn’t an extra cost. The 30% deposit is refundable until crafting begins.

About the pendant. Solid 925 sterling silver (not plated), kiln-fired enamel (not paint), about 2 cm, with a single integrated loop. Dogs, cats, horses, birds, rabbits and more — if it has a face you love, we can sculpt it.
